Contact and Prayer Request Forms

When you submit the Contact or Prayer Request form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message content. We use this information only to respond to your request or prayer need. Prayer requests are read only by Pastor Darnell Robinson and our prayer team, and are shared during group prayer only if you give permission, and never with personal details.

We do not add you to our email list unless you check the box to join it. If you do, your name and email address are stored with EmailOctopus, the service we use to send church updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cookies

If you log in to this site as an administrator, we set a temporary cookie to confirm your browser accepts cookies, plus login cookies (which last two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”) and screen-display cookies (which last one year). These are removed when you log out.

Embedded Content

Pages on this site, including our Watch a Message page, may include embedded video from YouTube. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that third-party site directly. YouTube may collect data about you, use its own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded video, particularly if you have a YouTube or Google account and are logged in.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information; it is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics on this site. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal information or send it to any third party for their own use. Form submissions are stored on our website and used only by Bethany staff to respond to you. Google Analytics receives site-usage data as described above, and EmailOctopus stores the name and email address of anyone who chooses to join our email list. Online gifts sent through Zelle are handled entirely by your own bank; this website does not collect or store any payment information.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Contact and prayer request submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for basic church recordkeeping, then deleted or archived at our discretion. We do not retain form data indefinitely for marketing purposes.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. This does not include information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons. To make a request, use the contact information below.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through our forms. Photos of young people appear on this site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
